How to Pay for an Order in a Russian Online Store from Abroad

For example, you live abroad and want to send a birthday gift to someone in Moscow. You have found it in a Russian online store, but cannot complete the payment. Send us the product link, the recipient’s address and your preferred delivery date. We check availability, local delivery and the total cost.

We send you a quote covering the item, delivery and our service. If you agree, we send you a payment link. Once payment is received, we place and pay for the order with the Russian seller and follow its status until delivery.

We can check orders for flowers, cakes, gifts, gift cards and products from Russian online stores or marketplaces, including Ozon and Wildberries. Whether a specific order is possible depends on the seller, the item and delivery to the recipient’s city.

You do not need to choose the gift yourself. Tell us about the recipient and your budget, and we can suggest options.

Our service starts at €15 if you have already arranged the order and only need help with payment. Placing an order starts at €20; gift selection with order placement starts at €35. The item and local delivery are charged separately. We calculate the full amount for your request and ask for your approval before payment.

Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or charge a separate currency conversion fee.

Will my foreign card work with your payment link?

The available methods appear on the payment page. We cannot guarantee that a particular card will be accepted. We place the order only after your payment has been received.

Do you ship a parcel from abroad to Russia?

No. We order from a seller in Russia and arrange delivery to the recipient within Russia.

How quickly will you process my request?

Reviewing a request can take 1–3 business days. The delivery date depends on the seller and the recipient’s location; we check it for your order.
