RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

Effective date: 03.04.2026

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and mandatory consumer law applies to your contract, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for services within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the service contract is concluded.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email or another written communication method.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you validly withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period, we will reimburse payments received from you, except where deductions are permitted by law.
If you expressly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already performed up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
If you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed, you will lose that right once the service is fully completed.
